De Facto – Kunnskapssenter for fagorganiserte is an independent foundation that provides knowledge services to the Norwegian trade‑union movement. It conducts research and analysis projects, supports organisations and union representatives with documentation and strategic development, and offers extensive teaching, lectures, and customised training programmes. The centre also produces publications and acts as a speaker resource for conferences and courses.
