Norwegian Garrison is the Norwegian chapter of the 501st Legion, a charitable Star Wars costuming club. Members build and wear professional-quality costumes representing villains from the Star Wars universe, including characters from the Empire, Sith, smugglers, and bounty hunters. The organization participates in premieres, events, and hospital visits throughout Norway. A significant focus of their work is charitable activities, particularly supporting children's charities. Since 2022, they have participated in 77 events and donated 77,360 Norwegian kroner. The club currently has 58 members. Membership requires being at least 18 years old and owning a professionally made Star Wars villain costume.
