Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (the Digitalisation Directorate) is a Norwegian government agency that aims to create a more efficient, user‑oriented and coordinated public sector through digital transformation. It provides guidance, standards, and tools for data sharing, information security, and the development of digital services, supports innovation, and offers financial support and advice for user‑centred projects. The directorate also coordinates national digital strategies, organizes events, publishes reports, and promotes the use of common architecture and reusable digital building blocks across the public sector.
